I am a Registered Psychologist providing support to people to help improve their lives.
I assist people with a diverse range of psychological issues, including: anxiety and mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, addiction and eating disorders, attachment and relationship problems, and personality disorders.
I support people who have been impacted by a variety of life experiences, such as: abuse, violence, neglect, loss, bullying, illness, racism, poverty, or issues around LGBTIQA+ identity etc.
I approach therapy from a holistic and emotion-focused perspective, and work using a collaborative, non-judgemental, and family systems environment.
Therapeutic modalities I use, include: Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy.
About Me
I completed a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) at the University of Melbourne and a Master of Clinical Psychology at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. I live in the Macedon Ranges in Victoria.

I have current availability.
Sessions are available In-Person (Kyneton) or via Telehealth.
A session runs for 50 minutes and costs $200.
You can access rebates from Medicare with a GP referral and Mental Health Care Plan. The Medicare rebate is $96.65 per session for 10 sessions per calendar year.
